Kabupaten Garut. Jumlah wisatawan Santolo lebih dari 100.000 pengunjung pada tahun 2019, namun penyediaan aset amenities belum direncanakan berdasarkan konsep waterfront development dan kriteria aset amenities yang dijadikan pedoman dalam proyek. Tujuan proyek adalah menghasilkan rencana penyediaan aset amenities berdasarkan konsep waterfront development, dan mengetahui besar estimasi biaya dari perencanaan aset amenities. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah perencanaan kebutuhan aset, tripartite concept, waterfront development concepts, prinsip-prinsip perancangan kawasan tepi air, the sustainable rural tourism asset development process, estimasi biaya dan landasan normatif mengenai kriteria aset amenities. Objek proyek ini adalah kawasan wisata Santolo Garut. Metode proyek yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan studi banding. Data dianalisis meggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil proyek ini menunjukan bahwa rencana penyediaan aset amenities sudah direncanakan berdasarkan konsep waterfront development. Bangunan aset amenities yang direncanakan meliputi banking services seluas 12 m2, lodging seluas 4.655,04 m2, shopping facilities seluas 3.051,17 m2, food court seluas 2.077,4 m2, public toilet seluas 135,3 m2 , rubbish bins sebanyak 525 bin, arragement for disabled seluas 3.900 m2, health facility seluas 89.38 m2. Aset dipetakan kedalam tiga zonasi meliputi zona publik, penyangga dan inti dibangun dengan tema budaya rumah adat jolopong yang dapat menjadi daya tarik wisatawan lokal dan domestik. Besarnya estimasi biaya pembangunan aset amenities jika realisasi proyek pada tahun 2021 sebesar Rp42.171.043.420,6574. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah master plan, poster, video master plan dan website Santolo travel guide. Deskripsi Alternatif :

Santolo is a leading tourist area located in the Cikelet District of Garut Regency. The number of Santolo tourists is more than 100,000 in 2019, but the mapping of the provision of amenities assets has not been planned based on the concept of waterfront development and the criteria of amenities assets as guidelines in the project. The aim of the project is to produce a plan for providing amenities assets based on the concept of waterfront development, and knowing the estimated cost of amenities assets. The theoretical basis used is planning of asset requirements, tripartite concepts, waterfront development concepts, principles of watershed area design, the sustainable rural tourism asset development process, estimated costs and the normative foundation regarding the criteria for amenities assets. The object of this project is the Santolo Garut tourist area. The project method used is descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collected is sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, documentation studies and comparative studies. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of this project indicate that the plan for providing amenities assets has been planned based on the concept of waterfront development. The planned amenities of building assets include banking services area of 12 m2, lodging area of 4,655.04 m2, shopping facilities area of 3,051.17 m2, food court area of 2,077.4 m2, public toilet area of 135.3 m2, rubbish bins totaling 525 bins, arragement for disabled area of 3,900 m2, health facility area of 89.38 m2. Assets are mapped into three zones covering the public, buffer and core zones and built with the cultural theme of the traditional Jolopong house which can be an attraction for local and domestic tourists. The estimated amount of the cost of building an asset facility if the project is realized in 2021 is Rp42,171,043,420.6574. The outputs are master plan, poster, video master plan and Santolo travel guide website.
