Mahasiswa,dosen,dan pihak terkait lainnya sering kekurangan informasi tentang penggunaan ruangan lab. Mereka harus berkeliling mendatangi ruang tsb untuk mengetahuinya dan setelah ada didepan ruangan pun, sering mereka tidak mengetahui kegiatan apa yang sedang berlangsung. Untuk itu diperlukan alat untuk menampilkan informasi penggunaan ruangan baik di pintu masuk ruang tsb maupun informasi terpusat yang menampilkan kegiatan semua ruangan. Alat informasi penggunaan ruang sebanyak 4 ruang dilengkapi dengan alarm dan pemantau secara terpusat telah berhasil dibuat. Informasi yang ditampikan yaitu sedang di adakan ujian,sedang di adakan sidang,sedang di adakan praktikum,ruangan kondisi kosong. Alat yang ada dimasing masing pintu dihubungkan menggunakan komunikasi serial ke ruang monitoring. Sistem ini di lengkapi alarm yang akan berbunyi ketika pintu dalam kondisi terbuka,lama bunyi yang di hasilkan dari alarm pada kondisi ujian,sidang dan praktikum sama sedangkan saat ruangan kondisi kosong alarm akan menghasilkan bunyi lebih lama. Kata kunci: Informasi, ruangan, monitoring, alarm.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Students, lecturer, and other related parties often lack information about the use of the indoor lab. They have to go around and attack the space they will be to figure it out and after there is in front of the room, however, often they do not know what activities are taking place. It is required for the tool to display usage information that the entrance of the room space as well as a centralized information that they will be showing all activity room. Tool usage information spaces as much as 4 spaces equipped with centralized monitoring and alarm has been successfully created. The information that is being shown in the conduct of the test, are in the conduct of the trial, was in the conduct of practical conditions, the room is empty. Existing tools each other's door connected using serial communications to the space monitoring. The system is in complete alarm will beep when the door is in open conditions, long sound in alarm condition of consent for examination, the Council and the same practical while empty alarm condition when the room will produce the sound longer.
