Evaluasi instalasi listrik pada Lab Kayu Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Bandung dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan listrik, faktor keamanan dan belum adanya evaluasi instalasi listrik terhadap Lab Kayu di POLBAN. Tujuan diadakannya evaluasi adalah menghasilkan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan standar dan aturan yang berlaku seperti SNI-PUIL 2011, IEC maupun IEEE. Evaluasi meliputi pemeriksaan visual terhadap dokumen instalasi listrik dan PHBK, pengukuran nilai tahanan isolasi dan pembumian, serta penghantar dan breaker. Metodologi pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dimulai dari studi literatur, proses pengambilan data di Lab Kayu hingga menganalisis data dengan cara membandingkan hasil perhitungan dan standar yang berlaku dengan data yang berhasil dikumpulkan saat proses evaluasi berlangsung. Hasil dari proses evaluasi yakni, instalasi listrik yang ada di Lab Kayu masih banyak yang tidak sesuai dengan standar dan perlu diadakan perbaikan serta perawatan secara berkala.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Evaluation of electrical installation in Wood Laboratory of Civil Engineering Department Polythecnic State of Bandung was motivated by electricity needs, safety factor and there is no an evaluation electrical installation of Wood Laboratory in POLBAN before. The aim of evaluation is to produce recommendations in accordance with applicable standards and rules, such as SNI-PUIL 2011, IEC and IEEE. The evaluation includes a visual checking of electrical documents and panel, measuring the value of isolation resistance and earthing resistance, also conductors and circuit breaker. The methodology was started by studying of literature, the process of retrieving data in the Wood Laboratory to analyze the data that has been collected by comparing the results of calculations and applicable standards. Final results of this evaluation process are still many electrical installations in the Wood Laboratory that aren’t in accordance with the standards and need to be regularly maintained and repaired.
