Michael C. Keith is an American expert in broadcasting media. He has written more than 20 books on electronic media and 10 short story collections. Nevertheless, none of his short stories has been translated into Bahasa Indonesia. In this project, five of his short stories were translated in order to introduce Keith's work to Indonesian reader and also to contribute towards Indonesian people's reading interest. The main steps of developing the product are collecting and selecting the data, reading and understanding the stories, translating and transferring the message, revising the result of translation, editing and proofreading, designing the product' appearance, and printing and binding the product. Techniques by Molina and Albir (2002) were used in translating the short stories. The result of this project is a 73-page book printed on A5-sized paper. The book consists of the front matter, the translations, and the preface from the translator, and information about the original author.
