Image is considered as an important factor for success and survival in today's competitive environment. This article examines the consequences of image on the customer's behavioral intentions, that are, intention to purchase and recommend in supermarket business sector. The result indicates that physical environment, price and the quality of goods are considered as important factors in influencing customer intention to repurchase. While physical environment and discount are important factors in influencing customer's willingness to recommend.
