Cleanroom merupakan suatu ruangan tertutup yang dibuat secara khusus dengan menjaga kondisi ruangan sesuai rancangan, dimana konsentrasi partikel, temperatur, tekanan udara, pola aliran udara, gerakan udara, getaran, kebisingan, kontaminan mikroorganisme, dan pencahayaannya harus dikontrol. Setiap cleanroom, kondisi dan kualitas udara pada ruangan harus memenuhi klasifikasi atau standar yang sesuai dengan fungsi ruangan atau kelas cleanroom. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan dengan mengambil data jumlah dan ukuran partikel, debit udara supply, perbedaan tekanan antar ruangan, temperatur, kelembaban dan debit fresh air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa temperatur udara berkisar antara 21,7⁰C-22,4⁰C, sehingga masih memenuhi standar spesifikasi ruangan dan CPOB 2012. Kelembaban berkisar antara 53,3% sampai 59,5%, sehingga masih memenuhi standar spesifikasi ruangan namun belum memenuhi standar CPOB 2012. Laju pertukaran udara berkisar antara 47,74-52,14 kali per jam, sehingga masih memenuhi standar spesifikasi ruangan dan CPOB 2012. Perbedaan tekanan antar ruangan berkisar antara 17,1 sampai 72,3 Pa, sehingga masih memenuhi standar ISPE namun belum memenuhi spesifikasi ruangan. Jumlah dan ukuran partikel memenuhi standar kelas C menurut CPOB 2012, kelas 100.000 menurut U.S Federal Standard dan kelas 8 menurut ISO 14644. Kata Kunci: Cleanroom, Kondisi dan Kualitas Udara, Temperatur, Kelembaban, Laju Pertukaran udara, Perbedaan Tekanan antar Ruangan, Jumlah dan Ukuran Partikel.

Cleanroom is an enclosed area which specially constructed by maintaining the condition to fit with the design of the room, where particle concentration, temperature, air pressure, airflow patterns, air movement, vibration, noise, microorganism contaminants, and lighting must be controlled. Every cleanroom, the condition and quality of air in the room must met the classification or standard in accordance with the function room or cleanroom class. This research, done by taking data of the number and size of particles, air supply debit, differential pressure between cleanroom, temperature, humidity and fresh air debit. The results of the research showed that the air temperature ranging from 21.7⁰C-22.4⁰C, so it still met the room specification and CPOB 2012 standards. Humidity ranging from 53.3% to 59.5%, so it still met the room specification standard but doesn't met the CPOB 2012 standard. The rate of air change ranging from 47.74-52.14 times per hour, so it still met the room specification and CPOB 2012 standards. Differential pressure between cleanrooms ranging from 17.1 to 72.3 Pa, so it still met the ISPE standard, but doesn't met the room specification standard.
