Kompresor merupakan peralatan bantu yang banyak digunakan di dalam industry. Kompresor 190 psi berpenggerak motor induksi 3 fasa yang berada di Lab DTM adalah kompresor pindahan yang sebelumnya berada di salah satu Lab Jurusan Teknik Sipil, tetapi dengan keadaan kompresor yang tidak dapat beroperasi, dikarenakan ada beberapa komponen yang hilang dan tidak ada sistem pengasutan untuk starting motor induksi 3. Oleh karena itu penulis betujuan untuk merevitalisasi kompresor 190 psi berpenggerak motor induksi 3 fasa tersebut. Dengan cara melakukan pengidentifikasi kondisi pada kompresor berpenggerak motor induksi 3 fasa, merancang sistem pengasutan dan menentukan komponen yang sesuai standar. Hasil setelah proyek revitalisasi kompresor 190 psi berpenggerak motor induksi 3 fasa ini dapat berfungsi kembali dan dapat digunakan sebagai kebutuhan udara untuk membersihkan meja dan alat alat praktikum di laboratorium setelah digunakan praktikum oleh mahasiswa yang menggunakan laboratorium Dasar Teknologi Mekanik Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Kata Kunci: Kompresor 190 psi, Motor Induksi 3 fasa, Revitalisasi, Sistem Pengasutan.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Compressors are auxiliary equipment that is widely used in industry. The 190 psi compressor driven 3 phase induction motor located in the DTM Lab is a transfer compressor that was previously in one of the Civil Engineering Labs, but with a compressor that cannot operate, because there are some missing components and no starting system for starting the motor induction 3. Therefore the author aims to revitalize the 190 psi compressor driven by the 3 phase induction motor. By identifying the conditions on 3 phase induction motor driven compressors, designing the starting system and determining the components that are in accordance with the standards. The results after the 190 psi compressor revitalization project driven by 3 phase induction motor can function again and can be used as an air requirement to clean the table and practicum tools in the laboratory after practicum is used by students who use the Basic Mechanical Technology Bandung State of Polytechnic laboratory.
