Pada tugas akhir ini, microcontroller Arduino Uno digunakan sebagai basis kontrol temperatur dan kelistrikan untuk sistem otomasi mesin cold handling unit penyimpanan vaksin. Fleksibilitas, perawatan, kemudahan instalasi dan pengoperasiannya, relatif lebih mudah dibandingkan sistem kontrol konvensional. Perancangan sistem kontrol, pembuatan, dan pengujian software dan hardware merupakan metode penelitian tugas akhir ini. Pengontrolan yang dilakukan merupakan pengontrolan on-off dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C. Perangkat input terdiri dari 4 push button, 6 sensor LM35, dan 6 rangkaian penguat non-inverting. Perangkat output terdiri dari relay, dan LCD 16x2 sebagai perangkat monitoring temperatur. Temperatur rancangan produk 5.0⁰C-6.0⁰C telah berhasil dikontrol dengan baik. Selain itu pengujian temperatur set 8.5⁰C-12.0ºC, dan pengujian temperatur set 13.5⁰C-15.5⁰C di luar temperatur rancangan juga dapat dikontrol dengan baik. Pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa hardware & software sistem kontrol bekerja dengan baik. Kata kunci: mikrokontroler Arduino Uno, perangkat input, perangkat output, sistem kontrol.

Description Alternative :

In this final project, the Arduino Uno microcontroller is used as the basis of electrical and temperature control for automation system of cold handling unit machine for vaccine storage. The flexibility, maintenance, ease of installation and operation, are relatively easier than conventional control systems. Control system design, manufacturing, and testing of software and hardware are the method of this final project. The used controlling method is an on-off control using the C programming language. The input devices consisted of 4 push buttons, 6 sensors LM35, and 6 non-inverting amplifier circuits. The output devices consisted of relay circuit, and LCD 16x2 as temperature monitoring device. The product temperature design is 5.0⁰C until 6.0⁰C. It has been controlled successfully. In addition 8.5⁰C until 12.0⁰C temperature setting, and 13.5⁰C until 15.5⁰C temperature setting which is beyond of temperature design can also be controlled properly. These tests prove that the hardware and software control systems work properly. Keywords: microcontroller Arduino Uno, input devices, output devices, control systems.
