Dunia konstruksi di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan sehingga banyak ditemukan teknologi baru, salah satunya yaitu pada bekisting. Bekisting (cetakan beton) terdapat inovasi yaitu Bekisting Alform (Aluminium Formwork). Bekisting aluminium (Alform) memiliki berbagai jenis salah satunya yaitu Kumkang yang diproduksi oleh PT. Kumkang Kind yang berada di korea selatan. Banyak kelebihan dari bekisting ini yaitu akan menghemat bahan, tenaga kerja, dan waktu. Berdasarkan pada spesifikasinya (PT. Kumkang Kind), siklus penggunaan bekisting ini yaitu 150 kali sedangkan bekisting sistem PERI berdasarkan spesifikasinya yaitu 7 kali. Dalam tugas akhir ini disusun analisa rencana anggaran biaya untuk bekisting alform Kumkang dan bekisting sistem PERI. Penyusunan tugas akhir ini dimulai dengan melakukan pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan dari berbagai sumber. Data yang diperoleh yaitu shop drawing proyek Apartemen Evenciio Margonda, daftar harga satuan, proses pelaksanaan, zona pengecoran dan harga sewa gudang untuk bekisting. Analisa yang dilakukan yaitu mencakup biaya material, tenaga kerja, gudang, dan nilai sisa. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini yaitu mengetahui total biaya pengeluaran modal awal bekisting alform Kumkang yaitu sebesar Rp 3.549.430.340. Dan biaya akhir penggunaan bekisting alform kumkang yaitu Rp. 5.296.506.706. Untuk bekisting sistem PERI lebih mahal daripada bekisting alform Kumkang, biaya modal awal untuk bekisting sistem PERI yaitu Rp. 7.524.485.489,96. Dan untuk biaya akhirnya yaitu sebesar Rp. 11.033.486.007,46. Perbedaan biaya dari kedua bekisting ini dikarenakan perbedaan waktu siklus dari masing-masing bekisting. Sehingga bekisting Alform Kumkang akan lebih efektif untuk dijadikan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan bekisting pada gedung yang bersifat tipikal. Bekisting alform Kumkang lebih mudah dalam pengerjaannya, karena bekisting ini ringan. Berbeda dengan bekisting sistem PERI yang lebih susah karena materialnya berat. Namun untuk struktur dengan berbagai macam bentuk akan menguntungkan bekisting sistem PERI.

The world of construction in Indonesia is experiencing development so that many new technologies are found, one of which is in formwork. There is an innovation in the formwork (concrete mold), namely Alform Formwork (Aluminum Formwork). Aluminum formwork (Alform) has various types, one of which is Kumkang which is produced by PT. Kumkang Kind which is located in South Korea. Many advantages of this formwork that will save materials, labor, and time. Based on the specifications (PT. Kumkang Kind), the cycle of use of this formwork is 150 times while the PERI system formwork based on its specifications is 7 times. In this final project, an analysis of the budget plan is prepared for the Kumkang formwork and PERI system formwork. The preparation of this final project begins with collecting the required data from various sources. The data obtained are shop drawings for the Evenciio Margonda Apartment project, unit price list, implementation process, casting zone and warehouse rental prices for formwork. The analysis carried out includes the cost of formwork materials, labor costs, warehouse rent, and residual value. The result of this final project is to know the total cost of initial capital expenditure for formwork form Kumkang, which is Rp. 3,549,430,340. And the final cost of using kumkang formwork is Rp. 5,296,506,706. PERI system formwork is more expensive than Kumkang formwork, the initial capital cost for PERI system formwork is Rp. 7,524,485,489.96. And for the final cost of Rp. 11,033,486,007.46. The difference in the cost of the two formworks is due to the difference in the cycle time of each formwork. So that the formwork Alform Kumkang will be more effective to be used as a method of carrying out formwork work in typical buildings. Kumkang's alform formwork is easier to work with, because this formwork is lightweight. Unlike the PERI system formwork, which is more difficult because the material is heavy. However, for structures with various shapes, PERI system formwork will be advantageous.
