The GAIA Hotel Bandung merupakan bangunan yang berlokasi di Jl. Dr. Setiabudi No.430. Hotel ini berada di daerah dataran tinggi dengan tanah yang lunak sehingga rentan terhadap kelongsoran dan penurunan tanah yang besar. Agar dapat berdiri dengan kokoh, sebelum pembangunan The GAIA Hotel Bandung perlu dilakukan analisis perhitungan fondasi. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan fondasi dalam memikul beban bangunan di atasnya. Selain merencanakan fondasi, semua struktur yang berdiri di area lereng haruslah dicek stabilitasnya agar menghindari kelongsoran. Hanya saja, pada saat perencanaannya terjadi kekeliruan sehingga ketika konstruksi telah berdiri terjadi penurunan yang cukup besar. Oleh karena itu Tugas Akhir ini akan mencoba menganalisis kembali daya dukung tiang, settlement dan stabilitas fondasi dalam menerima beban. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan perhitungan ulang daya dukung dan settlement tiang pada kondisi eksisting berdasarkan data Standard Penetration Test (SPT) dengan menggunakan Metode Wright and Reese dan Metode Luciano Decourt. Perhitungan beban struktur atas bangunan pada tiap perletakan dihitung dengan bantuan software SAP 2000 dan analisis stabilitas lereng menggunakan bantuan software Geostudio (Slope-W). Dari hasil analisis fondasi bored pile pada kondisi eksisting didapatkan kapasitas daya dukung fondasi bored pile tidak aman pada beberapa joint sehingga dilakukan perhitungan perencanaan ulang fondasi bored pile yang semula menggunakan diameter fondasi 60 cm menjadi 80 cm, dengan tebal pile cap yang semula 100 cm menjadi 200 cm. Dengan kontrol terhadap penurunan bangunan menunjukkan angka penurunan yang berada pada interval batas aman (tidak melebihi 2,540 cm + b/600. Dari hasil analisis stabilitas lereng didapatkan nilai faktor keamanan (safety factor) dengan Metode Bishop, yaitu sebesar 1,888 > 1,5.

The GAIA Hotel Bandung is a building located at Jl. Dr. Setiabudi No.430. The hotel is in a highland area with soft SOIL so it is prone to large clearances and land subsidence. In order to stand firmly, before the construction of The GAIA Hotel Bandung it is necessary to analyze the calculation of the foundation. It aims to find out the ability of the foundation in carrying the burden of the building on it. In addition to planning the foundation, all structures that stand in the slope area must be checked for stability to avoid relaxation. It's just that, at the time of planning there was a mistake so that when construction has stood there was a considerable decrease. Therefore, this Final Task will attempt to reanalyze the carrying capacity of the pole, settlement, and stability of the foundation in receiving the load. In this Final Task, a recalculation of the carrying capacity and settlement of the pole in existing conditions based on Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data using the Wright and Reese Method and Luciano Decourt method. Calculation of the load of the structure on each building at each place is calculated with the help of SAP 2000 software and slope stability analysis using the help of Geostudio (Slope-W) software. From the results of the analysis of bored pile foundations in existing conditions obtained the carrying capacity of bored pile foundation is not safe on some joints so that the calculation of the bored pile foundation re-planning that originally used the foundation diameter of 60 cm to 80 cm, with the thickness of the pile cap that was originally 100 cm to 200 cm. With control over the decline of the building shows a decrease that is at the safe limit interval (not exceeding 2,540 cm + b / 600. From the results of slope stability analysis obtained the value of safety factor (safety factor) with the Bishop Method, which is 1,888 > 1.5.
