This research about online food delivery adoption by SMEs, driven by the role of SMEs as the backbone of the national economy and development of food business using online food delivery application. This study aims to identify the factor that can drive to successful OFD adoption using TOE framework by culinary SMEs in Bandung Raya. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing 251 questionnaires to culinary SMEs in Bandung Raya, who has to adopt OFD (gojek/grab). The research method used is by using PLS-SEM. Based on the results of processed research data, all factors of TOE framework have positive and significant relationship with decision SMEs to adopt OFD. Technology factors have high significant value toward OFD adoption, because OFD application is ease to use, compatible with the culinary business marketing strategy and SMEs' financial capacity to adopt this technology, and culinary consumers like the convenience of the OFD application.
