Kota Bandung dinyatakan sebagai kota termacet di Indonesia oleh Asian Development Bank pada tahun 2019. Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kota Bandung pada tahun 2031 membentuk pola perjalanan jarak dekat menjadi lebih dominan. Kota Bandung harus memiliki fasilitas pedestrian yang memenuhi standar kelayakan tertentu serta disesuaikan dengan kondisi masyarakatnya. Berdasarkan data sekunder dilakukan analisis karakteristik kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan pejalan kaki. Data diklasifikasikan, direkap, kemudian divisualisasikan dalam bentuk gambar dan tabel. Hasil dari analisis 71,6% korban adalah penyebrang; 59,8% korban adalah laki-laki; 38,14% korban adalah lansia; 26,2% kecelakaan terjadi pagi hari; frekuensi kecelakaan perkilometer tertinggi terdapat di Jalan Jamika yaitu 8,8 kasus/km. Perancangan dilakukan terhadap ruas Jalan Jamika sepanjang 0,91 km, simpang Jamika-Pagarsih, dan Simpang 5 Pasir Koja. Pada ruas dirancang perbaikan geometrik terhadap jalur pejalan kaki, penambahan jalur fasilitas dan penambahan jalur sepeda. Pada Simpang Jamika-Pagarsih dirancang penghapusan kanal, penambhan penyebrangan sepeda, dan perubahan pengaturan sinyal. Pada Simpang 5 Pasirkoja dirancang struktur Skywalk Pedestrian Crossing. Hasil perancangan berdasarkan tingkat pengurangan terhadap kondisi eksisting jumlah korban turun 30%-50% dan jumlah kasus turun 8%-47%.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Bandung City was declared as the busiest city in Indonesia by the Asian Development Bank in 2019. The Bandung City Spatial Plan in 2031 makes short-distance travel patterns more dominant. Bandung City must have pedestrian facilities that meet certain eligibility standards and are adapted to the conditions of its people. Based on the data, an analysis of traffic accidents involving pedestrians was carried out. Those data were being classified, recapitulated, then visualized in the form of figures and tables. The results of the analysis 71.6% of the victims were traitors; 59.8% of victims were male; 38.14% of victims were elderly; 26.2% of accidents occurred in the morning; The highest frequency of accidents perkilometer was on Jalan Jamika, which was 8.8 cases / km. The design was carried out on the 0.91 km long Jamika road, the Jamika-Pagarsih intersection, and the 5 Pasir Koja intersection. The sections are designed for geometric improvements to pedestrian paths, additional facilities and additional bicycle lanes. The Jamika-Pagarsih intersection is designed to remove canals, increase bicycle crossings, and change signal settings. At Simpang 5 Pasirkoja, the Skywalk Pedestrian Crossing structure is designed. The results of disaster planning for existing conditions, the number of victims of 30-50% and the number of numbers decreased by 8% -47%.
