Tugas akhir memuat kegiatan perancangan dan manufaktur maintenance stand untuk Accessories Drive Gearbox APU TSCP 700 serta penyusunan modul praktikum untuk proses perawatan komponen tersebut. Kedua topik diangkat dilatarbelakangi oleh alat bantu proses perawatan pada gearbox APU belum tersedia serta melengkapi modul praktikum mata kuliah GTE. Metode pengerjaan tugas akhir berupa metode analisis dan eksperimental dengan tahapan penyelesaian diawali dengan studi literature, observasi/studi banding, perancangan, manufaktur, pengujian, evaluasi, dan diakhiri dengan penulisan laporan. Pada tahap studi literatur, dokumen utama yang dipakai sebagai acuan penyelesaian tugas akhir yaitu CMM APU TSCP 700 dan serangkaian proses observasi dan studi banding secara langsung pada komponen maupun maintenance stand di industri. Pada pembuatan maintenance stand, perancangan terdiri dari tiga tahapan besar, perancangan, perhitungan dan analisis serta proses manufaktur. Perancangan dan analisis dikerjakan menggunakan software Autodesk Inventor sedangkan proses manufaktur dilakukan dengan pengerjaan pemesinan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan Tugas Akhir yaitu maintenance stand ADG dengan dimensi keseluruhan 243x120x96 mm yang terdiri dari dua plat dan satu silinder dan dihubungkan dengan las. Jenis material yang digunakan adalah baja pejal dan plat St 60 atau DIN 17100 (yield strength = 335 MPa). Sudut kemiringan stand yaitu 60° dengan aksesibilitas pembongkaran komponen gearbox. Pengujian berupa pemasangan ADG pada maintenance stand dengan hasil berupa prosedur bongkar pasang ADG yang disusun pada modul praktikum dengan format PTGPE POLBAN. Deskripsi Alternatif :

The final project consists the process of designing and manufacturing maintenance stand for Accessories Drive Gearbox APU TSCP 700 and developing of practical module for maintenance. Both of the topics are taken as the final project objectivity since there is no special tools and practical module for gearbox maintenance as a part of GTE course. The method of this final project method is analytical and experimental in which goes through several steps such as study of literatures, observing, designing, manufacturing, testing, evaluating, and reporting. In The primary source that is used is CMM of APU TSCP 700 and the series of observing processes for ADG component and it's maintenance stand are conducted in campus and industry. To construct a stand, it includes three general steps such as designing, analysis, and manufacturing. The designing and analysis are done by a software, Autodesk Inventor while the manufacturing is done through machining. The results of this final project are the maintenace stand of ADG with overall dimension of 243x120x96 mm that includes two plates and a cylidrical part which made of St 60 or DIN 17100 solid steel (yield strength = 335 MPa). The applied slope of the maintenance stand is set at 60° with accessibility to maintain the ADG components. The result of testing process is a procedure of ADG and maintenance stand installation that includes the disassembly and assembly procedures ADG components filled in PTGPE POLBAN format.
