Musim hujan yang biasanya ditunggu banyak orang di saat kemarau panjang, dilain pihak membawa permasalahan tersendiri bagi pihak lain, sebagai contoh sederhananya adalah sepatu yang basah/lembab karena terkena hujan dimana proses untuk mengeringkannya akan cukup sulit dikarenakan matahari yang akan sering tertutupi oleh awan dan suhu yang lembab. Masalah tersebut yang melatarbelakangi pembuatan "Rancang Bangun Konveyor pada Alat Pengering Sepatu Otomatis Berbasis PLC". Perancangan alat ini menggunakan konveyor sebagai penggerak untuk mengeringkan sepatu, pengunaan konveyor disini agar ketika mengeringkan sepatu kita hanya perlu menyimpan sepatu diatas konveyor dan juga mencegah pengguna agar tidak terkena panas ketika mengambil sepatu. Lalu pembuatan alat ini juga menggunakan PLC (Programmable Logic Control), di dalam PLC ini semua data pemograman disimpan untuk menjalankan alat tersebut. Keadaan input PLC digunakan dan disimpan didalam memory dimana PLC melakukan instruksi logika yang di program pada keadaan inputnya. Peralatan input berupa sensor dimana dapat menghasilkan yang dapat masuk ke dalam PLC. Peralatan output berupa relay yang menggerakan motor atau peralatan lain yang dapat digerakan oleh sinyal output dari PLC. Sensor yang digunakan yaitu sensor proximity atau sensor keberadaan dimana ketika kita meletakan sepatu di depan sensor, maka sensor akan mengirimkan input pada motor dc lalu menggerakan konveyor dan sepatu tersebut masuk secara otomatis kedalam box untuk dikeringkan. Sehingga dengan adanya alat ini yang diharapkan seseorang dapat lebih mudah untuk mengeringkan sepatu disaat musim hujan. Deskripsi Alternatif :

A lot of people would hope for rainy season to arrive when they encounter a long dry season. However, the arrival of rainy season might just carries understand problems for some people. One of them is shoes that become wet/damp due to excessive rain, would be harder to be dried particularly because the sun will often be covered by clouds and temperature which is always be in moist condition. Shoes are very important in general for most people, especially for student who are obliged to wear formal attributes within the air formal college neighborhood, most students would just simply put their shoes outside and let the sunlight does its job. By doing this kind of thing, they risk exposing their shoes wet again, when the rain comes again.This problem is reason that inspired the making of "Design Of Conveyor On An Automatic Shoes Dryer Based In PLC". Designing process for this device requires the use of conveyor as the driver to dry the shoes. When we want to dry a pair of wet shoes, all we have to do is just simply by putting the shoes in the conveyor. Later on, when the drying process is completed, this conveyor wil evade us from exersive heat being produced during process.Aside from conveyor , the making of this devices also uses PLC (Programmable Logic Control) as a storage tool to restore all kind of programming data that are required to run the device. The state of PLC inputs are used and stored inside memory where, PLC performs the logic instructions which are programmed according to the state of their input. Input instruments in the form of censor that produce every thing which can be included into PLC. Output equipment like relay which drives the motor or other equipment that can be driven by the output signal from the PLC. Equipment that uses a relay output of the motor or other equipment that can be driven by the output signal from the PLC. The sensor used is a proximity sensor or sensors where and when we put the shoes in front of the sensor, the sensor will send the input to the dc motor and the moving conveyor and shoes are automatically entered into the box to dry.
