This study aims to find out the influence of compensation and motivation on employees behavior productivity performance. Descriptive and verificative analyses were used to answer the purpose postulated in this study and path analysis was used as a means of analysis. There were 127 respondents from nine divisions of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Bandung. Additionally, the data for this study were collected through stratified random sampling technique. The result of descriptive analysis revealed that compensation was positively correlated with motivation. Compensation and motivation were correlated with productivity behavior. The result of verification analyses indicated that there was siqnificant influence, of compensation and motivation, partially and both of them, on employee productivity behavior at PT KAI Bandung.
