The room Pressure is much influences with the substance of material properties such as water (H20). Basically, a boiling point and vaporization process are part of the water properties will be produced easier than in a low pressure conditions. Vacuum conditions are usually stated as low pressure conditions or lower than atmospheric pressure (<). As in Bernoulli's equation, a pressure corresponds to a flow rate and piping area of fluid medium. Those all applications factor can be founded in the nozzle and venture constructions. In this research will be looking for the function of a vacuum conditioning with the uses of nozzle or venture construction that assembled as an ejector. The results will be used as o food dryer. The final result is a dryer prototype which could develop as a food dryer product.
