The room pressure is much influenced by the substance of material properties such as water (H20). Basically, a boiling point and vaporization process are water properties that will be produced easier in a low pressure condition than at atmosphere pressure. Vacuum conditions are usually stated as low pressure condition or lower than atmosphere pressure. As in Bernoulli's equation, a pressure corresponds to a flow rate and pipe area of fluid medium. All of those application factors can be found in the nozzle and venturi constructions. This research was carried out to find out vacuum condition related to the flow rate of fluid in venturi or nozzle using experimental method. The result showed that the pressure reached -60 Cm Hg and the equipment will be used as a food dryer.
