Pada prinsipnya dinding bata ringan memiliki metode pelaksanaan yang hampir sama dengan dinding konvensional. Adapun inovasi dinding berupa panel pracetak untuk mengefisiensikan metode, waktu, dan biaya konstruksi. Komponen pracetak dinding berupa drywall, facade, dan sandwich panel. Drywall adalah dinding yang terdiri dari rangka hollow dan gipsum. Façade adalah dinding dengan material beton bertulang. Sandwich panel adalah dinding panel ringan yang memiliki lapisan inti berupa agregat dengan campuran expanded polyester dan lapisan sisi luar calcium cilicate board. Perhitungan RAP proyek Pengembangan Gedung Administrasi Niaga Polban dengan dinding eksisting bata ringan. Perhitungan RAP pekerjaan dinding pasangan bata ringan disubstitusi dengan panel pracetak pada bagian dalam menjadi material drywall, sandwich panel dan pada bagian luarnya menjadi façade beton bertulang. Dengan membuat metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding sesuai dengan materialnya kemudian dilakukan perhitungan volume dinding bagian dalam untuk pekerjaan, drywall, dan sandwich panel serta perhitungan dinding bagian luar untuk pekerjaan dinding façade beton bertulang. Produktivitas tenaga kerja drywall,dan sandwich panel didapatkan dari standar Building Construction Authority, untuk façade didapatkan dari wawancara proyek, dan bata ringan didapatkan dari laporan harian proyek. didapat durasi pekerjaan dan dapat menghitung RAP pekerjaan dinding bata ringan, drywall-façade dan sandwich panel-facade. Hasil perhitungan waktu pekerjaan dinding pasangan bata ringan yaitu 56 hari kalender dengan harga RAP Rp 9,500,457,859. Pekerjaan dinding dengan menggunakan drywall-facade dibutuhkan waktu 44 hari kalender dengan harga RAP Rp 9,915,483,687. Pekerjaan dinding dengan menggunakan sandwich panel-facade dibutuhkan waktu 44 hari kalender dengan harga RAP Rp 9,885,523,892.
Deskripsi Alternatif :In principle, lightweight brick walls have an implementation method that is almost the same as conventional walls. There are several wall innovations in the form of precast panels to streamline the method, time and construction costs. Prefabricated wall components in the form of drywall, facades and sandwich panels. Drywall is a wall consist of hollow frames and gypsum. Fade is a wall consist of reinforced concrete material. The sandwich panel is a lightweight panel wall that has a core layer in the form of an aggregate with an expanded polyester mixture and a layer of the outer side of the calcium cilicate board. Calculation of engineer estimate of the Development Project Of Polban Business Administration Building is carried out, with the existing walls in the form of lightweight brick. Calculation of engineer estimate for lightweight brick masonry work are substituted with precast panels on the inside into drywall material, sandwich panels and on the outside, it becomes a reinforced concrete façade. By making the method of carrying out wall work in accordance with the material, the volume of the inner wall for work, drywall, and sandwich panels is calculated, and the calculation of the outer walls for the work of reinforced concrete fade walls. Drywall labor productivity, and sandwich panels are obtained from the Building Construction Authority standard, for the fade is obtained from project interviews, and light brick is obtained from the project's daily reports. the duration of work is obtained and can calculate the calculation of engineer estimate for light brick wall work, drywall-fade and panel-facade sandwiches. Obtained lightweight brick wall work time is 56 calendar days with RAP price of Rp 9,500,457,859. Wall work using drywall-facade takes 44 calendar days with a RAP price of Rp 9,915,483,687. Wall work using sandwich panel-facade takes 44 calendar days with a RAP price of Rp9,885,523,892.
