Dengan bertambahnya populasi manusia, kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal semakin banyak. Selain itu, kebutuhan air bersih semakin banyak. Tetapi, air bersih semakin sulit didapat karena air permukaan yang tercemar akibat pembuangan limbah (rumah tangga, industri, perkotaan) dan perubahan iklim. Apartemen Marigold Nava Park Tower 3 merupakan salah satu hunian dengan jumlah penghuni yang besar. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan tindakan agar kebutuhan air dapat terpenuhi. Hal yang data dilakukan adalah dengan mengolah air limbah untuk dimanfaatkan kembali untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air (non – konsumtif). Dengan memanfaatkan kembali air limbah (air bekas cuci), hal ini menjadi salah satu cara untuk kebutuhan non - konsumtif (flushing, siram tanaman, cuci kendaraan) serta menerapkan konsep green building. Selain itu, dapat mengurangi biaya oprasional untuk kebutuhan air bersih, karena sumber kebutuhan air bersih yang dipakai berasal dari PDAM. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, didapat total kebutuhan air bersih sebanyak 80700 liter, total air limbah sebanyak 64650 liter, total grey water yang diolah sebanyak 49065,6 liter, total kebutuhan air non – konsumtif sebanyak 25890 liter. Sisa dari air yang diolah sebanyak 23175,6 liter digunakan untuk konservasi sumber air. Diperlukan bak penampung dengan dimensi 2 x 6,5 x 2 meter. Total limbah yang dibuang ke riol kota sebanyak 15494,4 liter. Jalur pipa pada apartemen terdiri dari jalur air bersih, black water, grey water, dan air recycle. Diameter pipa yang digunakan yaitu 13 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, dan 65 mm. Debit air pada masing-masing tipe hunian yaitu 1A = 20, 1B = 20, 1B = 20, B = 36, B = 36, C = 36, dan D = 36. Kehilangan tekanan pada jalur terjauh dari water tank yaitu 19,26 meter. Pengolahan air limbah terdiri dari pre-treatment, primary clarifier, final clarifier, desinfeksi, effluent tank, dan sand filter. Gambar sistem plambing dibuat berdasarkan sistem penyaluran air bersih pada apartemen tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan pemasangan instalasi pipa, terdiri dari tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan pemasangan instalasi pipa.

With the increase in the human population, the need for more shelter. In addition, the need for clean water is increasing. However, clean water is increasingly difficult to obtain due to contaminated surface water due to waste disposal (household, industrial, urban) and climate change. Marigold Nava Park Tower 3 apartment is one of the residences with a large number of residents. Therefore, action needs to be taken so that water needs can be met. The data that is done is by treating wastewater to be reused to meet water needs (non-consumptive). By reusing waste water (used water), this is one way to apply the concept of green building. In addition, it can reduce operational costs for clean water needs, because the source of clean water used is from the PDAM. Based on the results of the calculation, the total clean water needs of 80700 liters, the total wastewater is 64650 liters, the total gray water treated is 49065.6 liters, the total non-consumptive water requirement is 25890 liters. The remaining 23175.6 liters of treated water is used to conserve water sources. A reservoir with a dimension of 2 x 6.5 x 2 meters is needed. The total waste discharged into the city riol is 15,494.4 liters. The pipeline in the apartment consists of clean water lines, black water, gray water, and recycle water. The diameter of the pipe used is 13 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, and 65 mm. Water discharge in each type of occupancy is 1A = 20, 1B = 20, 1B = 20, B = 36, B = 36, C = 36, and D = 36. Pressure loss on the path farthest from the water tank is 19.26 meter. Waste water treatment consists of pre-treatment, primary clarifier, final clarifier, disinfection, effluent tank, and sand filter. Plumbing system images are made based on the clean water distribution system in the apartment. The method for the installation of pipe installations consists of the preparation stage and the implementation stage of the installation of the pipe installation.
