Salah satu tujuan penggunaan sistem informasi adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi suatu proses atau pekerjaan. Pengurus koperasi Kophi Jadi di PT X sudah menerapkan sistem informasi tersebut menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hanya saja dalam proses input dan rekapitulasi data yang masih manual sering terjadi kesalahan. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu aplikasi input data anggota dan rekapitulasi data pembelian menggunakan VBA Microsoft Excel dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari pengujian fungsional proyek ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memudahkan dan mempercepat pencarian data pembelian yang menunjang pekerjaan bendahara koperasi kedepannya. Perbandingan waktu antara penggunaan secara manual dan aplikasi dapat memangkas waktu hingga 50%. Kelebihan lain dari aplikasi ini adalah dapat memunculkan hasil dari total beberapa kategori yang diinginkan dan dapat meminimalkan human error jika proses tersebut didelegasikan kepada orang lain. Namun, keterbatasan waktu menjadi kendala utama dalam perancangan proyek ini agar dapat mengembangkan aplikasi untuk berbagai proses. Maka, hal-hal yang harus dipersiapkan oleh pengurus koperasi adalah: (1) Mempersiapkan tab Developer di Microsoft Excel agar dapat mengakses VBA. (2) Membuat aturan dalam pengisian data agar tidak terjadi penggandaan data

Deskripsi Alternatif :

One of the purposes of using information system is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a process or work. The management of the Kophi Jadi cooperative at PT X has implemented the information system using Microsoft Excel. However, in the manual input and recapitulation process, errors often occur. This project aims to design an application for member data input and purchase data recapitulation using Microsoft Excel VBA using the waterfall method. The results of the functional testing of this project show that this application makes it easier and faster to search for purchase data that supports the work of the cooperative treasurer in the future. Comparison of time between manual and app usage can cut time by up to 50%. Another advantage of this application is that it can produce results from a total of several desired categories and can minimize human error if the process is delegated to others. However, time constraints were the main obstacle in planning this project in order to develop applications for various processes. Therefore, the things that must be done by the cooperative management are: (1) Setting up the Developer tab in Microsoft Excel to be able to access VBA. (2) Make rules in data entry so that data duplication does not occur.
