Aktivitas pemasaran digital khususnya di media sosial memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam perkembangan suatu brand dan tiktok merupakan salah satu platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan pebisnis online saat ini. Namun demikian, kurangnya pengetahuan dalam membuat perancangan konten di tiktok membuat hasil konten video advertising menjadi kurang maksimal, hal inilah yang menjadi kendala Janahawa dalam mengembangkan brand awareness di tiktok. Karena Janahawa tidak memiliki content creator maka dari itu, dibuatlah proyek perancangan video advertising di media sosial tiktok untuk meningkatkan brand awareness Janahawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara dengan Owner dan ahli serta FGD (Forum Group Discussion) dengan calon konsumen. Dalam mendukung proyek ini, peneliti juga mengumpulkan beberapa sumber sekunder yang diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, penelitian terdahulu, artikel, dan berita terkini. Dari hasil pembuatan proyek video advertising ini sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam membangun brand awareness Janahawa dan dalam kesadaran merek pada akun tiktok Janahawa. Adapun luaran yang dihasilkan adalah berupa guidelines content creator Janahawa, yang dapat bermanfaat dalam pembuatan konten di Online Shop Janahawa sebagai aturan dan tata cara agar konten yang dibuat akan terus konsisten sesuai identitas brand Janahawa.
Deskripsi Alternatif :Digital marketing is an effort in digital marketing to assist in the development of a brand effectively and efficiently, tiktok is one of the social media platforms that is widely used by the wider community. However, the lack of knowledge in the use of tiktok social media is an obstacle for online shops, one of which is online shop Janahawa. Content is one of the mandatory things for an online shop when you want to build brand awareness on tiktok, but Janahawa doesn't have a content creator in creating the desired content. Therefore, a video advertising design project was made on Tiktok social media to increase Janahawa's brand awareness. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection through owner interviews, experts, and FGD (Frorum Group Discussion). In supporting this project, the researcher also collected several secondary sources obtained from journals, books, previous research, articles, and current news. From the results of making this video advertising project, it has a significant influence in building Janahawa's brand awareness and in brand awareness on Janahawa's tiktok account. In addition, this project has succeeded in proving the magnitude of the influence of social media in building brand awareness of digital business players. After this project is completed, the output produced is in the form of content creator Janahawa guidelines, which can be useful in creating content at the Janahawa Online Shop as rules and procedures so that the content created will continue to be consistent with Janahawa's brand identity.
