Kesulitan mengelola sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi sebagian besar sektor industri manufaktur pasca Covid-19. Hal tersebut dirasakan PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering yang bergerak dibidang teknologi telekomunikasi, dimana sebanyak 76% karyawan adalah seorang kepala keluarga yang memiliki tanggungan dengan usia diatas 30 tahun dan 38% karyawan yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 5 tahun namun masih menjadi karyawan kontrak, sehingga kelanjutan komitmen (continuance commitment) karyawan bukan lagi tentang produktivitas, namun hanya bagaimana terpenuhinya tuntutan kehidupan yang ada. Ditambah kondisi percieved organization support (POS) PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering yang belum maksimal, seperti belum meratanya sistem penilaian kinerja, keterlambatan gaji, tidak adanya kejelasan upah lembur, tunjangan dan bonus tahunan yang belum maksimal dilaksanakan secara adil dan transparan. Membuat karyawan enggan bekerja dengan maksimal, sehingga berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya fenomena penurunan produktivitas karyawan, dimana hampir 50% proyek ditahun 2022 dan 2023 karyawan tidak dapat menyelesaikan projek dengan tepat waktu dan tidak mencapai target yang ada, sehingga mengharuskan perusahaan untuk membayar denda keterlambatan yang berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan perusahaan. Fenomena tersebut didukung dengan adanya data penurunan indeks pendapatan pada rentang waktu 2018 – 2021 dan data project PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering pada rentang waktu 2019 – 2023. Penelitian ini secara empiris bertujuan untuk untuk memahami produktivitas karyawan melalui percieved organization support (POS) dan continuance commitment, sehingga dapat diketahui apakah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari “Percieved Organization Support (POS) dan Continuance Commitment Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan (Studi Pada PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering)”. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering, Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini analisa data menggunakan analisis linier berganda serta metode explanatory and causal research. Pengkajian data diukur menggunakan perangkat statistik SPSS versi 25 for windows dengan ukuran sampel 115 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa percieved organizational support (POS) dan continuance commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Hariff Daya Tuinggal Engineering. Selanjutnya, nilai koefisiein regresi bertanda positif menunjukan bahwa semakin baik percieved organization support (POS) dan continuance commitment akan membuat produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering semakin baik. Kata kunci: percieved organization support (POS), continuance commitment, produktivitas keja karyawan.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Trying to master human resources is one of the challenges faced by most of the manufacturing industry sector after Covid-19. This is felt by PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering which is engaged in telecommunication telecommunications, where as many as 76% of employees are heads of families who have dependents aged over 30 years and 38% of employees who have worked for more than 5 years are still contract employees, so Continuance commitment (continuance commitment) of employees is no longer about productivity, but only how to realize the existing demands of life. Added to this is the condition of PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering's perceived organization support (POS) which has not been maximized, such as the uneven distribution of the performance appraisal system, delays in salary, absence of overtime allowances, allowances and bonus costs which have not been optimally implemented in a fair and transparent manner. Make employees reluctant to work optimally, thus reducing employee productivity. This is evidenced by the phenomenon of decreased employee productivity, where nearly 50% of projects in 2022 and 2023 employees cannot complete projects on time and do not reach existing targets, thus forcing the company to pay late fees which have an impact on decreasing company revenue. This phenomenon is supported by data on a decline in the income index in the 2018 – 2021 period and PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering project data in the 2019-2023 period. This research empirically aims to understand employee productivity through perceived organizational support (POS) and continuance commitment, so that it can be seen whether there is a positive and significant effect of "Perceived Organization Support (POS) and Continuance Commitment on Employee Productivity (Study at PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering)". This research was conducted at PT. Hariff Power Tunggal Engineering, Bandung. In this study, data analysis used multiple linear analysis and explanatory and causal research methods. Data analysis was measured using the statistical tool SPSS version 25 for windows with a sample size of 115 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Continuance Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering. Furthermore, the value of the regression coefficient is positive indicating that the better perceived organization support (POS) and continuance commitment will make the work productivity of employees of PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering better.
