This research raise problems specifically: how far influence of amount of visit, length of stay, and amount expenditure of tourist to earnings of Town area geniuses of Bandung. The objectives of research are: to express intensity influence of factor of amount of visit, length of stay, and amount of expenditure of tourist to earnings of Town area geniuses of Bandung. Method research the applied descriptive method by using sample 15 data months of January 2002 till March 2003. Research location in Bandung with source of Culture and Tourism documentation data of Bandung. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistic, and also multiple regressions. According to solution can be concluded that, earnings of area geniuses have positive correlation [to] weaken unidirectional with make-up of the amount of tourist visit, length of stay and amount of expenditure of tourist. While by causal in the reality earnings of area geniuses in a town (as Bandung) not influence by factor fluctuation of amount of tourist visit, length of stay and tourist expenditure of tourist town, which they visit. Amount of tourist visit, length of stay, and tourist expenditure of a visit to a metropolis have fluctuation to which is conducive to be influenced by various factor of individual side of tourist and also side of external tourist. As implication to formulation of policy of tourism to metropolises. Because fact is existence of tendency, relative fluctuation height of amount of tourist visit, length of stay, and amount of expenditure of tourist, hence in the long term and have third continuation of this condition represent 'precedent' unfavorable to take care of consistency and stability development of tourism service effort. There is some alternative able to be allowed for to add the amount of visit and also depress waving fluctuation of amount of such arrival. The alternative for example improving the quality and quantity variation of attractions, besides attraction of shopping attraction, also on the market cultural and artistic attraction of local society, artificial, and natural attraction, will even also MICE, so that enable can arrest; detain tourist length of stay, and also enable the happening of make-up of expenditure of tourist.
