The game industry has experienced rapid development in the last 2 years, especially in the Asia Pacific region. One of the countries with the largest gaming market in the region is Indonesia. However, although Indonesia has a great opportunity to be able to create quality game products in the local game market, Indonesia is dominated by foreign game developer companies. This study analyzes the factors that influence Continued Intention towards a type of game that has succeeded in making big profits in the Indonesian market, namely cross-platform, using variables from Flow Experience and Playability Model, which is extracted from the Usability Model and part of the Consumer Behavior theory. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed online to 460 respondents who were consumers of a cross-platform game product, Genshin Impact. SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares) are used to obtain a descriptive analysis and analyze the significance of the factors that influence users' continued intention to the game Genshin Impact. This study finds that Playability and Flow Experience have a significant effect on Perceived Enjoyment which also has a major influence on the cross-platform players' Continued Intention. The findings from this research will be a source of the outcome produced in this study, to help local game developers create an adequate cross-platform game and generate higher revenue.
