The economy of Indonesia has led to a lot of service sector, which growth has been much higher than other industrial sectors. The service sector has a rapid growth of 10.25%. The improvement of the service sector has encouraged people to create services that connect sellers and buyers directly, one of which is by using the services of social media agencies. Social media agency services is an agency that provides facilities for entrepreneurs to increase brand awareness and manage social media accounts. But the fact that social media agencies have a varied price offer This study aims to find out the factors that affect the price of social media agency services. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach by conducting in- depth interviews of informants who are part of the social media agency. This research results an information regarding factors that determine social media agency services which are grouped into two major factors. Keyword: Price, Social Media Agency, Advertising Agency, Service and Service Marketing.
