Aplikasi keuangan mobile wallet secara bertahap memperoleh popularitas di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan berbagai kemudahan dan kenyamanan yang ditawarkan, aplikasi mobile wallet mudah ditemui dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Akan tetapi, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi kontinuitas (continuance intention) penggunaan mobile wallet masih belum jelas. Masyarakat sudah semakin sadar akan adanya pembayaran mobile, namun penggunaannya masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adopsi teknologi terhadap continuance intention penggunaan layanan mobile wallet berdasarkan identifikasi model pada Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Data primer diperoleh dari kegiatan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 204 pengguna mobile wallet di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adopsi teknologi dan continuance intention penggunaan mobile wallet di Kota Bandung termasuk kategori tinggi. Dimensi habit memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap intensi penggunaan mobile wallet yang diikuti oleh hedonic motivation, dan social influence. Sementara, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, dan price value tidak memengaruhi intensi kontinuitas mobile wallet di Kota Bandung. Deskripsi Alternatif :

Mobile wallet application is gradually gaining popularity among the public. With the various conveniences and conveniences offered, mobile wallet applications are easily found in everyday life. However, the factors that influence the continuity intention of mobile wallet usage are still unclear. The community is increasingly aware of the existence of mobile payments, but its use is still low. Therefore, this study discusses the adoption of technology towards the continued intention of using mobile wallet services according to the model in the Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 204 mobile wallet users in Bandung city. This study uses descriptive research methods using quantitative, research data analyzed using linear multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the adoption of technology and the continued intention of using cellphone wallets in Bandung city are high. Habits have the most significant influence on the intention to use mobile wallets followed by hedonic motivation, and social influence. Meanwhile, expectations of performance, business expectations, conditions of facilitation, and value of prices do not affect the intention of the continuity of cellphone wallets in Bandung city.
