This final project is an information book about traditional street food in Bandung. The purpose of this product is to provide readers with information about traditional street food originally from Bandung. In detail, this book discusses the history, food descriptions, information about places that sell the foods, and the taste of traditional foods. This informational book consists of five chapters: Introduction, Traditional Meals, Traditional Snacks, Traditional Drinks, and Conclusion. This project used literature review, observation, and interview methods as a way to collect the data. In the process, this project also applied several theories. Those theories are about informational books, writing techniques and writing styles, cohesion and coherence, and book design. The result of this final project is an information book containing five chapters: Introduction, Traditional Street Foods: Meals, Traditional Street Foods: Snacks, Traditional Street Foods: Drinks, and Conclusion.
