Masuknya virus Covid-19 di dunia khususnya di Indonesia menyebabkan peningkatan pengguna internet di Indonesia. Tidak hanya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa, peningkatan pengguna internet juga semakin meningkat di tempat umum seperti cafe atau warung kopi yang lebih akrab dengan sebutan warkop. Peningkatan jumlah pengguna layanan Internet selama pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada jumlah perusahaan jasa Internet. Perusahaan jasa internet yang ada di Indonesia antara lain adalah Indihome, Bizznet dan First Media. Loyalitas pelanggan IndiHome sangat dipengaruhi oleh layanan yang diberikan oleh IndiHome. Di masa pandemi, loyalitas pelanggan IndiHome di Kota Bandung sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja IndiHome dalam memberikan layanan berkualitas kepada pelanggan IndiHome. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh yaitu data primer dengan metode survey serta kuisioner mengenai loyalitas pelanggan IndiHome yang disebarkan kepada 116 pelanggan IndiHome. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa hasil mean (rerata) masing-masing variabel penelitian adalah sangat baik pada hasil rata-rata multivariat masing-masing variabel. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa loyalitas pelanggan IndiHome di Kota Bandung sudah baik. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Loyalitas Pelanggan, Internet IndiHome.
Deskripsi Alternatif :The entry of the Covid-19 virus in the world, especially in Indonesia, has led to an increase in internet users in Indonesia. Not only in teaching and learning activities carried out by teachers and students, the increase in internet users is also increasing in public places such as cafes or coffee shops which are more familiar with warkop. The increase in the number of Internet service users during the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the number of Internet service companies. Internet service companies in Indonesia include Indihome, Bizznet and First Media. IndiHome customer loyalty is greatly influenced by the services provided by IndiHome. During the pandemic, IndiHome customer loyalty in Bandung City is strongly influenced by IndiHome's performance in providing quality services to IndiHome customers. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The data obtained are primary data with survey methods and questionnaires regarding IndiHome customer loyalty distributed to 116 IndiHome customers. This study shows that the mean (mean) of each research variable is very good on the multivariate mean of each variable. From this study, it was found that the loyalty of IndiHome customers in the city of Bandung was good. Keywords: Covid-19, Customer Loyalty, Internet IndiHome.
