Technology Acceptance Of Gojek For Biznis Application Usage By SME Culinary In Bandung City

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can go online because people in Indonesia are already using the internet actively, and if SMEs following the digitalization era, it will make SMEs better. Besides that, SMEs have a critical role in the Indonesian economy, like, labor absorption and increase GDP. But on the other hand, SMEs have the obstacle to be online, there are, the limits of internet usage and the weakness in competence and character of SMEs. Gojek also helps SMEs to enter the era of digitalization through the Gobiz Application. However, considering the obstacle of SMEs, it just creates new problems. Measuring technology acceptance of the Gobiz application usage by culinary SMEs in Bandung is very important because service providers can determine the factors that influence technology acceptance. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used by using external variables like a subjective norm, self-efficacy, and facilitation conditions. The sample used was 424 respondents of culinary SMEs in Bandung. Data collection was find out using an online questionnaire, meanwhile, for data processing using the PLS-SEM method. The results of technology acceptance on the use of the Gobiz Application by culinary SMEs in Bandung have been excellent. The environment, confidence, and facility conditions also support the use of the Gobiz Application. Furthermore, to optimize the use of the Gobiz application, SMEs can integrate sales promotion features from Gobiz with online advertising, such as Instagram Ads. The goal is that the SME business can expand its market share. Finally, the research is expected to be a reference for future research.
