With to know more early different or equal of the management perception in the set up budget of Polytechnic State of Bandung and effectiveness teaching, hoped the management performance should be increased as like proportion and with using the methodology of research in associative analyze and comparative analyze for data processing who resourced from teacher with position as structural management staff Polytechnic State of Bandung (consist of: Head & Secretary of department, Head & Secretary of study programme, Head of laboratory), should be reached is result: The budget relation with the management function implementation, the budget no relation with accounting concept implementation, the budget no relation with the methodology of statistic and mathematics implementation, the budget no relation with aspect of the management, accounting, statistic & mathematic; and level of the management no having equal perception. For to eliminate different that perception, civitas academica must be often interacting; especially relation with the set up budget of Polytechnic State of Bandung and teaching for effectiveness of teaching who managed by leader of Polytechnic State of Bandung.
