Pandemi global yang sedang terjadi akhir-akhir ini, memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap semua sektor kegiatan usaha hampir disetiap lini salah satu nya adalah usaha UMKM. Salah satu bidang UMKM yang mengalami dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang terjadi adalah UMKM bidang usaha kuliner. Bidang kuliner merupakan bidang usaha yang terkena dampak secara langsung dari pandemi yang terjadi saat ini tidak sedikit dari mereka harus menutup gerai usahanya dikarenakan tidak mampu menutupi biaya operasional yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana pandemi Covid-19 yang akhir-akhir ini sedang terjadi berdampak pada UMKM bidang kuliner, untuk melihat perbandingan antara omzet yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM bidang kuliner sebelum dan setelah pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung, untuk melihat perbandingan jumlah karyawan yang dimiliki oleh UMKM bidang kuliner sebelum dan setelah pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung, dan untuk melihat perbandingan mengenai jumlah pendapatan bersih yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM bidang kuliner sebelum dan setelah pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung. Populasinya adalah UMKM bidang kuliner, dan sample penelitiannya 325 UMKM bidang kuliner di kota Bandung. Penelitain ini akan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, dimana terlebih dahulu akan dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas untuk menentukan pengolahan data apakah akan dilakukan dengan uji parametrik atau non parametrik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat terlihat jika terdapat penurunan yang signifikan baik dari omzet, jumlah karyawan, dan pendapatan bersih yang dimiliki oleh UMKM bidang kuliner di kota Bandung.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

The global pandemic that is currently happening has had a major impact on all sectors of business activity in almost every line, one of which is the MSME business. One of the MSMEs that is experiencing the impact of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic is the culinary business sector MSME. The culinary sector is a business sector that is directly affected by the current pandemic, not a few of them have to close their business outlets because they are unable to cover the required operational costs. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the Covid-19 pandemic that has recently been occurring has an impact on the culinary sector MSMEs, to see the comparison between the turnover generated by the culinary sector MSMEs before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, to see a comparison of the number employees owned by culinary MSMEs before and after the Covid-19 pandemic took place, and to see a comparison of the amount of net income generated by culinary MSMEs before and after the Covid-19 pandemic took place. The population is culinary UMKM, and the research sample is 325 UMKM in the culinary field in Bandung. This research will be conducted using a quantitative research approach. The research method that will be used is descriptive analysis, in which first the validity and reliability tests will be carried out. In addition, in this study, normality and homogeneity tests will be carried out to determine whether data processing will be carried out by parametric or non-parametric tests. From the research results, it can be seen that there is a significant decrease in both turnovers, number of employees, and net income owned by culinary MSMEs in the city of Bandung.
