Dewasa ini Kota Bandung dikenal dengan wisata kuliner dan wisata belanjanya. Bandung merupakan salahsatu destinasi favorit wisatawan domestik. Namun, bermunculan opini wisatawan yang merasa tidak puas. Penelitian tingkat kepuasan domestik di Kota Bandung bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan wisatawan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kepuasan wisatawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuestioner dengan skala ordinal. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan melalui lima dimensi kualitas jasa yaitu keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati dan berwujud. Teknik analisis data menggunakan matriks importance-performance analysis dan uji hipotesis t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 19.35%. faktor yang menyebabkan wisatawan puas adalah harga yang terjangkau. Sedangkan faktor yang memicu ketidakpuasan wisatawan adalah kurangnya kebersihan dan kerapihan kota Bandung. Oleh karena itu, kebersihan dan kerapihan kota Bandung perlu ditingkatkan.
Deskripsi Alternatif :Bandung now days is known as the city of culinary and shopping tour. That is why Bandung is a favorite place to visit by domestic tourist. However, there are some comments said that some of them are not satisfied by some factors. This research was establish in order to measure the satisfy level of domestic tourism in Bandung and also analyze the factors that make them whether satisfied or not to stay in Bandung.
Descriptive method is the method that was used in this research and also quantitative approach. Moreover, questionnaire was also used in ordinal scale. Reliability, responsive, assurance, emphatic and tangible were the dimensions that were applied in measuring the level satisfaction. The research is matrix importance-performance analysis and also t-test hypothesis.
The result of the research stated that the level of satisfaction of the domestic tourist in visiting Bandung was 19.35%. The supporting factor of this statement was because the prices of things in Bandung are cheap. On the other hand, dirty in some places in Bandung and also uncontrollable situations in some aspect are the factors that make people unsatisfied spending their time in Bandung. Therefore, Bandung needs to be improved in these aspects to increase the level of satisfaction from tourism.
