The increasing number of users on mental health consulting services today is tightening business competition. In the success of a healthcare platform, service providers must adapt and be able to retain users. This study aims to understand the attitude and behavioral intention of the millennial generation to adopt a telemedicine platform for mental health consultations. So far, there has been a lot of literature exploring telemedicine service platforms in general. However, research exploring mental health consultation in telemedicine platforms is still minimal, especially the knowledge that makes the difference. This study uses variables of social influence, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and behavioral intention. This study uses a quantitative approach. A total of 322 data were collected through the distribution of online questionnaires. The research results were processed using SPSS and PLS-SEM software on Smart-PLS. The differentiating finding is that social influence and perceived ease of use have no effect on behavioral intention in the context of mental health platform adoption. All findings provided can be explored and implemented by the service provider company.
