Seeing the cashless society phenomenon in the new normal period is increasing because to reduce the transmission of covid-19, business actors have begun to adapt to new payment systems in their business, such as the use of e-wallet. So it is interesting to know the perception of business actors, especially SMEs in West Java, in using e-wallet as a payment system. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions and factors that influence online-based SMEs in using e-wallet as a payment system. A total of 306 respondents were obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires. Respondents in this study are business people who use WhatsApp as a medium for running a business and use e-wallet as a payment system in their industry. This study indicates that Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Trust have a positive and significant impact on the behavioral intentions of SMEs in using e-wallet as a payment system. Meanwhile, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Price Value are not significant. Therefore, to build the intention to use e-wallet business actors, e-wallet companies need to improve the convenience of features and use an e-wallet to be more detailed and easy to understand. Then convince business actors that e-wallet is now becoming essential because people in their environment have widely used them. Keywords: SMEs, E-wallet, Mobile Payment, UTAUT2.
