One of the potential driving forces for the economic rate in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic is female entrepreneurs, housewives can help their household income by developing small businesses at home, but not only as housewives, women in general can take on the role of Entrepreneur. However, there are still many women who are still unable to build their businesses, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors that influence women's decisions to become entrepreneurs through online businesses during the covid-19 pandemic, Internal factors are Need for Achievement, Need for Domination, Need for Affiliation, and Need for Autonomy, and external factors are Family Environment and Governmental Support. this research use quantitative with a sample of 310 respondent, then the data will processes with SPSS and Smart PLS. The result of this research is that Family Environment, Governmental Support, Need for Achievement and Need for Domination has positive relation with women's decisions to become entrepreneurs.
