Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are considered as important indicators for the successfulness of any organization. Studies conducted show that an organization enable to satisfy its employee tend to have not only satisfied employee but also satisfied customer. This study tries to examine the relationship which exist between customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction in education sector. Using data collected from both student and employee of Politeknik Negeri Bandung, the result indicates that positive correlation does exist between those two variables. However, the statistical test shows that satisfaction tends to unsatisfied while employee tend to satisfied with what they get from Politeknik Negeri Bandung.
