Unfair treatment from employer to employees will cause negative impact to employees or to company itself, such as level of employee productivity, potential and productivity employees, conflict between employees and company will arise etc. fair treatment for employees can be done by eliminate discrimination company policy, to build conducive working environment and to apply industrial relations.
