Tugas akhir ini berkaitan dengan pengembangan aplikasi komputer untuk membantu proses bisnis di bidang inventori persuahaan kain CV. Pandamas. Hasil yang diharapkan dari tugas akhir ini ialah adanya aplikasi yang membantu dalam pencatatan ,pelaporan dan penentuan stok minimum kain. Inventori CV Pandamas merupakan persediaan kain yang disimpan untuk memnuhi kebutuhan penjualan kepada pelanggan. CV Pandamas telah menerapkan sistem manajemen berbasis teknologi informasi dalam berbagai proses bisnisnya. Namun sistem yang berjalan saat ini memiliki berbagai kekurangan, diantaranya proses pencatatan pada aplikasi Ms. Excel yang harus melakukan banyak multiple entry dan file-nya yang sering terkena virus. Selain itu CV Pandamas juga sering kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, karena kurangnya stok kain yang tersedia di gudang. Data kain yang belum masuk ke gudang juga seringkali luput dan pembuatan laporannya juga masih dilakukan secara manual. Aplikasi Inventori Kain ini dibangun untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang terjadi di bidang inventori CV Pandamas. Aplikasi yang dibangun merupakan aplikasi berbasis web. Pengembangannya dilakukan dengan framework CodeIgniter yang menerapkan metode MVC (Model View Controller). Database Management System yang digunakan ialah MySQL dengan menggunakan engine InoDB yang men-support fungsi transaksional. Untuk menambah performa dan tampilannya, aplikasi juga dibangun di atas framework JQuery Easy-UI. Untuk fitur penentuan jumlah stok minimum, akan dianalisis dua metode yaitu metode Re-order Point (ROP) dan metode Economic Order Quantity(EOQ). Aplikasi yang telah dibangun mampu menentukan stok minimum dengan menerapkan metode Re-order Point (ROP). Aplikasi juga dapat membuat laporan dan dokumen PO secara komputerisasi. Aplikasi yang membantu pencatatan dan pelaporan kegiatan inventori telah berhasil diimplementasikan yang dibangun menggunakan teknologi berbasis web menggunakan framework CodeIgniter yang mampu menentukan jumlah stok minimum dengan metode ROP dan pembuatan laporan yang dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Inventori Kain, Framework JQuery Easy-UI, ROP.
Deskripsi Alternatif :This Final Project is related to development of a computer application to improve the business proccess in inventory of fabric company CV Pandamas. The expected result of this Final Project is to provide an application that help on improving the process of recording, reporting and to determine minimum stock of fabric. Inventory of CV Pandamas is stock of fabric which stored to satisfy the selling needs for customer. CV Pandamas has already implementing the management system based on information technology in any of their business process. But, the current system nowadays has various problems, such as recording process on Excel application that should do so many multiple-entry and the file is often infected by virus. Otherwise, CV Pandmas often has difficulty in satisfying customer needs, because the lack of fabric stock in warehouse. Data of fabric that not yet entered the warehouse is also missed frequently and to generate report is still done manually. These Fabric Inventory Application developed to help on fixing the problems which occur in CV Pandamasâs inventory. This application developed with waterfall method.This application is web based. The development is done by using CodeIgniter framework which applying MVC(Method View Controller) method. The Database Management System which used is MySQL with InoDB as engine that support transnational function. To improve the performance and the display, this application constructed on JQuery Easy-UI framework. For the feature to to determine stock minimum amoun , there will be 2 method to be analyzed, Re-order Point(ROP) method and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). These Fabric Inventory Application helps to protect company's inventory data and make the data entry process become quicker, so the recording process will be simplified.Various report and PO form is also could be generated automatically. The method to determine stock minimum amount that could be implemented is ROP method. The application that has been built could determine minimum stock by applying ROP method. Application also can computerized in generating report and PO document. The implication from this application is the improvement of company's capability to satisfy customer needs. Otherwise, accelerate ordering process, recording and reporting. The security of data as the recording result is also assured The application which can help in recording and reporting inventory activity has already been implemented using web-based technology with CodeIgniter framework that able to determine the amount of minimum stock by ROP method and computerized the generating report process.
