The Roles of Experience Quality and Customer Satisfaction Toward Customer Loyalty on Hair and Beauty Salon

Consumer experience is one that should be known to every company. With an in-depth understanding of the quality of experience will be the right solution in knowing the consumer experience in detail. This experience is related to how customer satisfaction with customer loyalty after visiting hair and beauty salon. This research will find a new business strategy to improve the quality of services provided by hair and beauty salon. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of experience quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty as a step of hair and beauty salon business development. The data obtained from the questionnaires spread that contains in-depth questions about the three variables online and come directly to the place of hair and beauty salon. Target respondents from this study are the women who like to visit hair and beauty salon. This study succeeded in collecting 406 respondents through online or directly to the hair and beauty salon. Due to this research has a large sample size then the data analysis used is SEM-PLS to be more accurate. The result of this research is there is significant and positive influence between experience quality, satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, the researcher proposed an outcome based on the gap of experience quality dimension to evaluate effectively. Researchers believe that this research will help gradually on the development of hair and beauty salon business.
