Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi pokok sesuai dengan aktivitas bisnis Kafka Graphic Indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan dirancang melalui tiga tahapan proses. Tahap pertama yaitu analisis sistem, tahap dimana penulis menganalisis sistem yang diterapkan pada perusahaan, selanjutnya membuat usulan perancangan sistem akuntansi pokok sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan tahap terakhir yaitu implementasi dari usulan perancangan sistem yang telah dibuat. Alat bantu yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem yaitu berupa diagram alir dokumen (flowchart) serta rumus excel untuk perhitungan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa UMKM Kafka Graphic Indramayu belum memiliki sistem yang layak, sehingga tidak tersedianya informasi keuangan yang dapat digunakan bagi pihak yang membutuhkan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu usulan rancangan sistem informasi akuntansi pokok yang meliputi usulan sistem/prosedur baru, rancangan formulir/dokumen pendukung, tabel aktiva tetap, laporan keuangan dan contoh implementasi yang dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

This research aims to design a basic accounting information system in accordance with the business activities of Kafka Graphic Indramayu. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and designed through three stages of the process. The first stage is system analysis, the stage at which the author analyzes the system applied to the company, then makes the proposal of designing the basic accounting system according to the needs of the company and the last stage is the implementation of the proposed design of the system that has been made. The tools used to design the system are flowcharts and excel formulas for the calculation of financial statements. This research shows that MSMEs Kafka Graphic Indramayu do not yet have a proper system, so there is no available financial information that can be used for those in need. The results of this research are the proposed design of the basic accounting information system which includes proposals for new systems/procedures, draft forms/supporting documents, fixed asset tables, financial statements and implementation examples that can be applied to the company.
