The accomplishment of trainees transferring the knowledge and skill developed during training in their job is an important factor to measure the successfulness of training. This article examines how training input, effects training output as well as condition of transfer or generalization. The result indicates that training design and trainee environment are important factor in determining the success of trainee learning during the training. Furthermore, the result shows that trainee's environment is the most significant factor in influencing trainee applying their knowledge and skill gained at training to their job.
