Customer loyalty constitutes the dominant factor in a business organization's success. The objectives of this research are to identify the factor of image, customer satisfaction, and interpersonal bonds positively related to customer loyalty in the hotel industry. The findings indicate that customer satisfaction with the hotel performance and interpersonal bonds are positively correlated to customer loyalty. Moreover, the results show that customer satisfaction with food and beverage and satisfaction with housekeeping are important factors in determining a customer's intention to demonstrate loyalty.
