Kepuasan kerja merupakan sarana untuk mempertahankan karyawan yang kompeten di perusahaan. Rendahnya kepuasan kerja terutama pada hal gaji dan minimnya kesempatan promosi di CV Rabbani Asysa mendorong banyak karyawan untuk keluar atau resign dari perusahaan. Sales Consultant Master (SCM) merupakan bagian dengan tingkat turnover tertinggi. Turnover karyawan yang tinggi mengakibatkan kegiatan operasional perusahaan menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi dan uji regresi. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dengan 112 karyawan Rabbani di kawasan Bandung Raya. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi turnover intention karyawan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif kuat antara kepuasan kerja dengan niat berpindah karyawan. Dimensi pada variabel kepuasan kerja meliputi pay, work itself, promotion opportunities, supervision dan co-workers. Sedangkan dimensi pada variabel turnover intention meliputi thoughts of quitting, intention to seacrch dan intention to quit. Berdasarkan uji deskriptif, dimensi tertinggi dari variabel kepuasan kerja adalah dimensi co-worker dan yang terendah dimensi pay. Sementara mean tertinggi pada dimensi turnover intention adalah dimensi intent to quit dan yang terendah adalah thoughts of quitting. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh yaitu Y = 31,998-0,155X. Sementara berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,398 sehingga kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi turnover intention sebesar 39,8%. Deskripsi Alternatif :Job satisfaction is a means to maintain competent employees in the company. The low level of job satisfaction, especially in terms of salaries and the lack of promotion opportunities at CV Rabbani Asysa, encourage many employees to leave or resign from the company. Sales Consultant Masters (SCM) are part of the highest turnover rate. High employee turnover results in the company's operational activities being ineffective and inefficient. Based on this, this study was conducted to determine how the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The analysis used includes the classic assumption test, correlation test and regression test. Data obtained using a questionnaire with 112 Rabbani employees in the Greater Bandung area. The results of the study state that job satisfaction significantly affects employee turnover intention. This study concludes that there is a strong relationship between job satisfaction and the intention to move employees. The dimensions of the variable job satisfaction include pay, work itself, promotion opportunities, supervision and co-workers. While the dimensions of the turnover intention variable include thoughts of quitting, intention to search and intention to quit. Based on descriptive tests, the highest dimensions of work satisfaction variables are the dimensions of co-workers and the lowest dimensions of pay. While the highest mean on the turnover intention dimension is the intent to quit dimension and the lowest are thoughts of quitting. The regression equation obtained is Y = 31,998-0,155X. While based on the coefficient of determination obtained 0.398 so that job satisfaction affects turnover intention of 39.8%. Keywords: employee, job satisfaction, resign, turnover intention.
