PT. Idea's Hotel merupakan salah satu investor di Kota Bandung dengan membangun Hotel Idea's II. Gedung ini direncanakan menggunakan pondasi bore pile karena terletak pada kawasan padat penduduk sehingga ketika pelaksanaannya tidak akan mengganggu penduduk karena efek getaran dan suara dapat diminimalisir, selain itu juga kedalaman tanah keras tidak terlalu dalam sehingga digunakan pondasi bore pile agar dapat menembus tanah keras. Maka, kami melakukan perhitungan ulang struktur bawah gedung Hotel Idea's II Bandung. Perhitungan ulang struktur bawah gedung Hotel Idea's II dimulai dengan menghitung daya dukung pondasi tunggal menggunakan metode Terzaghi dan Peck berdasarkan data hasil pengujian Standart Penetration Test (SPT), dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan daya dukung pondasi grup. Kemudian pehitungan distribusi gaya, penurunan pondasi dengan menggunakan metode Vesic 1970 dan 1977, penulangan bore pile, perhitungan geser pons, dan pile cap. Kemudian perhitungan tersebut dibandingkan dengan beban struktur atas yang akan ditumpu oleh pondasi bore pile dan pile cap. Dari hasil perhitungan ulang struktur bawah, maka di dapat diameter bore pile sebesar 1,0 m, panjang tiang bore pile 3,0 m, dengan tulangan utama 20D25 dan tulangan sengkang D13-200. Untuk pile cap terdapat 2 tipe yang terdiri dari 1 tiang bore pile dan 2 tiang bore pile. Untuk tipe pile cap 1P mempunyai panjang 2,0 m, lebar 2,0 m, tinggi 0,8 m, tulangan atas arah x D19-200, tulangan bawah arah x D19-100, tulangan atas arah y D19-200, dan tulangan bawah arah y D19-100 sementara, tipe pile cap 2P mempunyai panjang 4,5 m, lebar 2,0 m, tinggi 0,8 m, tulangan atas arah x D19-200, tulangan bawah arah x D19-100, tulangan atas arah y D19-200, dan tulangan bawah arah y D19-100.
Deskripsi Alternatif :PT. Idea's Hotel is one of the investor in Bandung by building Ideas Hotel II. This building is planned to use a bore pile foundation because it is located in a densely populated area so that when it is implemented it will not disturb the residents because the effects of vibration and sound can be minimized, besides that the depth of the hard soil is not too deep so bore pile foundation is used to penetrate the hard soil. So we recalculated the structure under the building of Hotel Idea's II Bandung. The recalculation lower structure of the Hotel Idea's II building are begins with calculating the capacity of a single foundation using the Terzaghi and Peck method based on the results of the Standard Penetration Test (SPT), followed by the calculation of the capacity of the group foundation. Then the calculation of force distribution, settlement of foundation using Vesic method 1970 and 1977, reinforcement of bore pile, calculation of sliding pons and pile cap. Then the calculation is compared with the upper structure load which will be supported by the bore pile and pile cap. From the results of recalculation of the lower structure, bore diameter equal to 1,0 m, the depth of the bore pile is 3 m, with the main reinforcement 20D25 and the stirrup reinforcement D13-200. For the pile cap there are 2 types, consisting of 1 bore piles and 2 bore piles. For the type of 1P pile cap has a length of 2,0 m, width 2,0 m, height 0,8 m, reinforcement of the upper direction x D19-200, reinforcement of the bottom direction x D19-100, reinforcement of the upper direction y D19-200, and reinforcement of the bottom direction y D19-100. While for the type of 2P pile cap has a length of 4,5 m, width 2,0 m, height 0,8 m, reinforcement of the upper direction x D19-200, reinforcement of the bottom direction x D19-100, reinforcement of the upper direction y D19-200, and reinforcement of the botom direction y D19-100.
