All staff as members an organization have responsibility in increasing their performance, with higher competence. Organization through their human resources management can perform training and development program. Training and development program is expected to get higher staff performance. There are several factors to evaluate training and development: reaction, learning, attitude and result. The objectives of this research are to find out job rotation and training influence on staff performance. The findings indicate that job rotation and training did not influence staff performance.
