The Covid-19 pandemic has given a negative impact on every business sector in Indonesia, especially Hotel business that providing acommodation. In the midst of pandemic that has limited interaction, this situation has become a major crisis. During this corona pandemic, the hotel occupancy rate keep decreasing, this became a problem for the hotel and accommodation owner. The purpose of this study is to find what may be the point that could earn consumer trust for hotel in amidst of this corona crisis and the strategy does apply that. This study uses qualitative method for the data collection through in depth interview. The result of this research revealed that cleanliness, facility, protocol, security and promotion affect the decision of consumer in order to choosing a place to stay. Moreover, this study found that there is alternative way for hotel in order to survive in amidst pandemic crisis as the following increasement of social media usage hotel provider should also start to change their promotion course to digital marketing and follow up with the trend, and may also engage cooperation with health provider business and government to provide facility for self quarantine infectee.
