Monitoring adalah proses rutin pengumpulan data dan pengukuran kemajuan atas sebuah proses. Penggunaan komputer dalam keperluan sistem monitoring data mempunyai banyak keuntungan, bila dibandingkan dengan pengukuran yang dilakukan secara manual, proses pengolahan data monitoring online dapat mengolah data yang begitu banyak, waktu lebih singkat. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dibuat sistem monitoring data temperature dan tekanan menggunakan komputer, mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Proses pembuatan meliputi pembuatan hardware dan software. Pembuatan hardware pemasangan sensor temperatur sebanyak 6 titik, pada titik saluran discharge, keluar kondenser, suction, evap, kabin, lingkungan, menggunakan sensor DS18B20, Sensor tekanan 2 buah, sensor tekanan 0-10 bar dipasang pada sisi tekanan rendah, dan sensor tekanan 0-25 bar dipasang pada sisi tekanan tinggi menggunakan pressure transmitter dan mikrokontroller Arduino. Kemudian merancang software pertama adalah Arduino IDE untuk membuat program dan meng-upload , PLX-Daq yang digunakan untuk memonitoring data lewat PC dengan microsoft excel. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara upload program ke Arduino,menampilkan serial monitor, variasi power supply pada tekanan konstan 1 bar, bervariasi dan power supply tetap 17,5 volt, membandingkan hasil pembacaan Pressure Gauge dengan pressure transmitter. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sistem monitoring data temperatur, dan tekanan berbasis Arduino Uno telah berfungsi dengan baik. Terdapat nilai mendekati antara pressure transmitter dengan pressure gauge sekitar 0,4 bar. Kata Kunci: Sistem Monitoring Data, Arduino, PLX DAQ, Praktikum,

Monitoring is the routine process of data collection and measurement of progress on a process. The use of computers in the system and data monitoring has many advantages, when compared with measurements made manually. An online monitoring of data processing can process so much data and a shorter time. In this final project, the researcher created a data monitoring system temperature and pressure by using a computer, microcontroller Arduino Uno. Making process, include the manufacture of hardware and software. Making the temperature sensor mounting hardware as much as 6 points, at the point of discharge channels, out condenser, suction, evap, cabin, environment, using DS18B20 sensor, pressure sensor 2 pieces, 0-10 bar pressure sensor mounted on the low pressure side, and a pressure sensor 0 -25 bar mounted on the side of the high pressure using a pressure transmitter and the Arduino microcontroller. Then the first design is the Arduino IDE software to create and upload programs, PLX-Daq which is used for monitoring data via a PC with Microsoft Excel. Testing is done by uploading the program to the Arduino, varieties with serial monitor, power supply variations at a constant pressure of 1 bar, varying the pressure and the power supply 17.5 volts, comparing the readings Pressure Gauge with pressure transmitter. The result obtained is a data monitoring system temperature, and pressure-based Arduino Uno has been functioning appropriately.
