Deskripsi Alternatif :

This project is entitled 'The Making of a book on Reviews of Sundanese Play Performances'. It is hard to find a book which contains reviews of Sundanese Play Performances. The purpose of making this project is to promote Sundanese play performances to people in Bandung and foreign people who stay or visit Bandung, and to give the information about Sundanese play performances in Bandung. The information has been collected by doing three techniques of data collection: library study, field observation, and interview. The methods of doing this project are writing the reviews, editing, revising, designing, proofreading, and printing. The writing techniques used in writing the review are essay, descriptive, persuasive, and narrative writing techniques. The theories used in this project are definition of play, definition of Sundanese play, definition of review, writing elements, writing technique, writing play review, writing style, and design of book. The result of the project is a book entitled 'Reviews of Sundanese Play Performances'. As an implication of this book, it can be used for giving information, promoting, and preserving Sundanese play performances. Keywords: Play, Sundanese play, Review, Culture, Bandung.
