The leader take policy in manage organization. Pay policy will affect at motivation, output and outcome of organization. The aim of policy to create maximum benefit to organization member, but not broken the quality of organizational output. If new policy which is just run to have indication of existence degradation of quality output, immediately discontinue that policy, if policy believed more precise not yet been found, there is nothing wring again run the old policy.
