Kreuz Bike Indonesia is a company that offers 3-fold bikes with quality and prices that can compete with other bicycle brands, including bicycle brands from abroad. In running its business, Kreuz Bike Indonesia focuses on using the Instagram platform marketing media. However, the use of the Instagram platform has not been fully optimized. In particular, there has not been a promotional video view explicitly created for this brand. From the results of the pilot test with 254 Indonesian respondents, 27.6% of respondents know the Kreuz Bike Indonesia folding bike brand and 72.4% of them are not aware of the Kreuz Bike Indonesia brand. This data indicates that it is necessary to make an effort to increase the brand awareness of Kreuz Bike Indonesia. One of the efforts made in the implementation of a promotional video design project as an effort to increase Kreuz Bike Indonesia's brand awareness on Instagram. There are two videos designed and published on Kreuz Bike Indonesia's Instagram social media platform. A total of 4,109 accounts have viewed promotional video content 1, and 2,658 accounts have viewed promotional video content 2. Insight Instagram Kreuz Bike Indonesia experienced an impact after publishing promotional videos for 11 days. This can be seen from the increase in the account reached indicator by 723% to 20,585, impressions were 565% to 96,872, profile visits were 338% to 2,393, and content interactions were 1.582% to 1,413. This increase shows that promotional videos affect the increase in brand awareness of Kreuz Bike Indonesia. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Promotional Video, Social Media.
